I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK

TITLE:
I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Origin: South Korea
Director: Park Chan-Wook

PLOT:
The film takes place in a mental institution. Young-goon, a young woman who believes herself to be a cyborg, refuses to eat and instead administers electric shocks to herself. Il-sun, a young male patient hospitalized for anti-social behaviour and schizophrenia, who believes he can take other peoples souls, befriends Young-goon. Romance ensues

Pickled Plums:
This movie is very amusing.

Amusing as in..."OMG, SHE SHOT BULLETS FROM HER FINGERS?! WHAT THE HELL?!"

We adored this movie for its odd ways. Who else has a main character that talks to vending machines and lights while wearing their grandmother's dentures, who by the way, is a mouse? No one, that's who. The amount of masks that the other kids makes are quite amusing as well as some of the things he steals and how he steals them.

Also, we are now paranoid about our height while brushing our teeth. Cubone is already short...she might just shrink to nothing.

You also find yourself noticing that as the movie progresses, Young-goon's eyebrows get blonder and blonder, and her roots are more blue. Seriously, sit down and pay attention to these details, it is kind of eery how slowly they progress.

Things we have Learned:
- Dentures allow you to talk to things
- The door is in your back. That is why it itches.
- Pickled plums are for mice.
- Socks allow you to fly
- Giant rubber bands will find you eventually
- The meaning to life is.......
- There is no ending.
